All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday with a cut-off time of 8 am EST. Any purchases after 8 am EST that day will be shipped out the following day.

Tranquil Radiance Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Once the shipment has been handed off to the carrier the responsibility is now in the carrier's hands.
